Glenpool drilling toward annual festival

The 39th year for the festival will host a bevy of food, craft and business vendors, a full-blown carnival, turtle races, frog races, Optimists Club horseshoe contests, pancake breakfast, 5K run, Black Gold Days parade, entertainment and a beer garden.
