Sapulpa City Council accepts some land bids at auction, rejects another
Winning bidders will be required to apply for a building permit within 6 months of the date of closing. One lot went for as little as $8,000 and others had no bids at all.
Construction on Sapulpa’s new Route 66 Park to kick off July 7th
