All three County Commissioners unanimously agreed to institute a five-day burn ban for Creek County, which goes into effect immediately.

Whitehouse was sworn in on Monday morning, and one of his first agenda items was the proposition of a 7-day burn ban.

All precincts have now reported in, and Whitehouse won 76.32% of the vote, while his challenger, has taken 23.68%.
