Crews extinguished a fire near Hobson and Adams in Sapulpa Wednesday.
Crews said the homeowners called firefighters just before 9 Wednesday night. He said he initially thought someone was breaking into his home, but then realized it was on fire.
The homeowner reportedly tried to put the fire out with a hose, but the flames were too big.
Crews said the fire started in a back bedroom. They said it was an electrical fire. They said when they pulled up to the home, flames were shooting from the house, but they were quickly able to get it under control.
