City of Sapulpa still unable to accept electronic payments, but bills are now being processed

Ten days after an alert went out for Sapulpa residents about a network failure being blamed for an inability to accept electronic payments or process bills, an update has been released.

The city is now saying that while they still cannot accept electronic payments, the bills are being processed and due dates are being adjusted to make up for the delay in the billing cycle.

Residents should expect to see a new date on their paper bill.
