Southern Justice Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club Oklahoma Badlands awarded five Central Tech students with partial scholarships in the nursing and EMT field this week.

“I’m very excited by this. I feel very blessed to be a part of the Sapulpa community and very grateful for this opportunity.”

This week the Sapulpa School Board approved an election date of September 12th for a $279 million school bond, to build a new high school and performing arts center, among several other projects.

The Allen Bowden School Board recently approved petitioning the State Board of Education to offer high school classes and to put a $2.6 million bond issue on the September ballot.

And with a movement of tassels and a toss of their caps, fireworks lit up the night, and family members rushed onto the field to hug their graduate and record the memory forever.

“Especially this time of the year with testing, it gives them a break and a chance to clear their heads.”

This year’s fundraiser exceeded the amount raised last year by $6,339, hopefully next year’s event will continue the trend.

“We’re excited to welcome Jordan back to Sapulpa. He brings fantastic energy and expertise, and we look forward to seeing how he can shape the future of our basketball program.”
