Torrential rains yesterday brought the usual bout of flooding to Sapulpa, plus a bit more. You might recall last July when we had storms that cost our town a good amount of trees, and caused some damage downtown. While this storm wasn’t quite that destructive, it still carried it’s share of damage, including uprooted trees and water damage and a good amount of hail. Today Sapulpa remains cloudy but for now, the threat of severe weather is gone. Yesterday’s rain amounted to 4.69 inches. See video and photos below.
