No arrests made in Friday morning stabbing at Sapulpa Kum & Go

Sapulpa police have made no arrests following an early-morning stabbing at the Kum & Go at 801 N. 9th Street, just north of downtown Sapulpa, along Highway 97.

According to Sapulpa Police Captain Troy Foreman, the altercation happened before 8 am at the air pump station located in the Kum & Go parking lot.

Details about what caused the altercation are still unknown, but Foreman confirmed that one person was stabbed and taken to a hospital in Tulsa, where he is reportedly in stable condition.

Foreman said the suspect in the stabbing was released, and that police are currently reviewing the security footage to determine exactly what happened.

Neither the suspect nor the victim in the situation has been identified at this time.
