Holmes Park Elementary T.A.P.S. hosts their annual Tailgate Party for their families and the community Friday September 21st. T.A.P.S. is Teachers and Parents of Sapulpa, a group dedicated to supporting our teachers and students. The Tailgate Party is one of Holmes Park’s T.A.P.S. biggest fundraisers of the year, serving hot dogs, chili dogs & frito chili pies. Activities include carnival style games, a pie throw at HPE staff, face painting, inflatable obstacle course, raffle drawings, and a DJ! Anyone is welcome to come and enjoy the festivities before the football game! It’s always a good time at the #1 school, Holmes Park!

Sapulpa High School Varsity Football Game versus Bixby at 7 p.m. at the George F. Collins stadium in Sapulpa. Let’s root to keep that 3-0 Big Blue winning streak going and to beat the Bixby Spartans! It’s also Military Night–veterans and active service members will receive a discount at the gate!
Frankhoma Pottery Collectors Reunion on Friday night from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Sapulpa Senior Citizens Community Center, 515 East Dewey Avenue in Sapulpa. There will be a Meet & Greet, a presentation by Mr. Gary Schaum, and “Deal a Dozen.” In Deal a Dozen, each person may bring up to a dozen pieces of Franhoma to sell. This is on Friday only!

Frankhoma Pottery Collectors Reunion on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the First United Bank 2nd floor community room, 315 East Dewey Avenue in Sapulpa. There will be multiple dealers offering lots of unique Frankhoma pieces, an opportunity to meet Gary Schaum and Kandy Steeples, and much more!

Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance, a FREE 12-week program at 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays at the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, 1420 East Dewey Avenue. This class will be taught by certified Master Instructor Gina Wozencraft. Movies in the Park at Kelly Lane park in Sapulpa at dusk, presented by Sapulpa Parks and Recreation. Movies in the park is back for the fall!
