Sapulpa High School Class of 2018 Graduation from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the football stadium. (If it rains, the graduation will take place in the Chieftain Center, just south of the stadium.) Sapulpa Furry Friends National Pet Month Celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Martha’s Corner, 100 East Dewey, in Downtown Sapulpa. This event is hosted by Sapulpa Furry Friends, Sapulpa Main Street, and the Oklahoma Alliance for Animals.

This is an event you won’t want to miss! They will be selling microchips for your cats and dogs, giving away free pet ID tags, adopting out dogs, providing pet photography and having a doggie pet parade at noon! Strut your mutts around downtown Sapulpa at the first ever Sapulpa National Pet Month Pet Parade. The best-dressed pooch’s human will receive a FREE Sapulpa Furry Friends T-shirt!

Microchips (with lifetime registration) are only $20. You can get one free engraved pet ID tag, and additional tags are only $5! They accept both cash and credit cards.

Additionally, during the entire month of May, downtown merchants will be accepting donations to Sapulpa Furry Friends. They need monetary donations for vaccinations, spaying, and neutering, dog food (wet and dry), cat food (wet and dry), treats, cat litter, bleach, paper towels, large black trash bags, and small pet carriers. All donations will be given to Sapulpa Furry Friends and the Sapulpa Animal Shelter.

7th Annual Caitlyn Mathis Daffodil Run at 4600 West 151st Street in Kiefer. This is a fast and flat 5K Course. The One Mile Fun Run starts at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K starts at 8:30 a.m. The Entry Fees are $20 with t-shirt or $15 without t-shirt. T-Shirts only are available for $10. All proceeds benefit the Caitlyn Mathis Scholarship Fund awarded to Kiefer High School graduates.

Mounds Little League’s Football & Cheer’s 3rd Annual Bunco Tournament hosted by Lipsense at 5:30 p.m. at the Mounds School Cafeteria.
