Big Chief’s Donuts and More – Free Donut Fridays for all students when you wear a school shirt or sweater! No one should go to school hungry! Big Chief’s Donuts is located at 1329 South Main Street and they open at 4 a.m.!

Sapulpa’s GUTS Church’s Friday Groceries will be this Friday from 10 a.m. to noon. Come get free groceries; no ID or paperwork required! GUTS Church is located at 911 East Dewey Avenue.

Food Truck Friday at St. John’s Sapulpa from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. St. John’s is located at 1004 East Bryan Avenue. Featured restaurants are Pie in the Sky Pizza, The Bachelor Table, and Mangiamo’s Italian.

Sapulpa Community Theater’s latest production, Sunshine Boys is playing at 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 124 South Water Street. The show runs this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m., and also next weekend at the same times. Tickets start at $12. Don’t miss this hysterical classic comedy from Neil Simon!

Sapulpa Truck Touch – From 10a.m. to 2 p.m. – Liberty Elementary School TAPS, along with Platinum sponsor TD Williamson, will host the 11th Annual Sapulpa Truck Touch. The event will be at the Sapulpa High School parking lot and include fun for the whole family! Children of all ages will be able to touch, sit in, and climb on vehicles that they usually only dream about. Some vehicles that will be in attendance are: a cement mixer from Mid-Continent Concrete, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Beat the Heat race cars, Creek County Ambulance, OG&E Bucket Trucks, and many more.

Life Flight will be landing and taking off during the event. While there, kids will be able to climb aboard and pretend to be a pilot! A&W Towing is providing a junk car for “Anger Management”. People can grab a sledge hammer and take a whack at the car for 25 cents per hit or 5 for $1. At 1:00, Sapulpa Fire Department will do a demonstration using Jaws of Life. Another big hit will be to jump all day for $5 with inflatable toys from Bounce House Tulsa. Concessions will be available, as well as Harper’s Hut Shaved Ice and Java and Hurts Donut.

Money earned from the event itself, as well as all donations received, will go to the Liberty teachers to help buy supplies and teaching and learning materials for their classrooms. In addition, a portion of our proceeds will be used to purchase a new sign for the front of our school to help keep parents and the community informed on all the exciting things happening at Liberty.
