We previously shared an incorrect story that Taya Kyle—wife of Chris Kyle, of “American Sniper” fame—would be in Sapulpa at a local church tonight.

The truth is that Taya Kyle will be sharing her story of how she’s coped with the death of her husband and how her faith has made it possible.

Only, she’ll be sharing it live from Ohio as part of a series called “Tragedy Into Triumph”; it will be simulcast to Sapulpa Church of the Nazerene at 302 S Elm Street (Get the Map).

The simulcast is scheduled to start at 6:00pm Central. Sapulpa Church of the Nazerene is holding off on showing the simulcast until 7:00pm in order to allow folks to get there in time from work.

Tragedy Into Triumph is a program that began in 2009 as a gathering of 350 people and has since grown into a gathering in Ohio of close to 6,000 people over the course of the event, as well as a television footprint in over 30,000 lives.

This year’s session actually began yesterday, March 13th, and will continue through Wednesday the 16th.

Other speakers include Former All Star Major League Darryl Strawberry, and Former Director at Planned Parenthood Abby Johnston.

Tragedy Into Triumph is “an opportunity for you to hear what God can do in your life.
Each night a different speaker will tell their own personal story of tragedy, and how God brought triumph to their lives.”
