As we know in Oklahoma, the weather can change in a matter of days, or even hours! The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Northeastern Oklahoma, including Sapulpa and Creek County.

With the winter weather predicted to start overnight and continue into Wednesday morning, Sapulpa Public Schools will transition to district-wide Distance Learning for all students on Wednesday, February 2nd.

The reason for this decision is that traveling conditions are expected to deteriorate throughout the day Wednesday. We have not made a decision yet for Thursday and Friday. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather conditions warrant in-person learning, distance learning or snow days.
