Sapulpa Public Schools to remain in Distance Learning on Thursday, February 24th

Sapulpa Public Schools will remain virtual on Thursday, February 24th, in anticipation of the coming snowstorm overnight and into Thursday morning, according to a statement released by the school on Wednesday.

The National Weather Service is predicting more light freezing drizzle tonight, with light sleet and possibly freezing rain and thunderstorms. Could get to as low as 12 degrees. For tomorrow, they’re predicting more of the same, though it won’t be as cold; could get to a high of 26 to 41.

Good afternoon,

Due to anticipated snow tomorrow in addition to today’s winter precipitation, Sapulpa Public Schools will continue with Distance Learning on Thursday, February 24.

This includes all students from all school sites. Students should log in on time and complete assignments on their Chromebooks.

Coaches will communicate further changes to athletic events, and Regional/State updates can be found on Chieftain Athletics’ Facebook page.

We will continue to monitor weather conditions and notify you of any additional changes.

Sincerely,
