The sale of 19 of America’s Car-Mart Inc. properties across three states includes the Sapulpa location, according to a report at KTLO, a radio station in Mountain Home, Ark.
The acquisition price was roughly $17 million, and the buyer is a Miami-based buying company called Orion.
The Fleeman family, which founded Car-Mart in Arkansas, opened their 151st dealership in Edmond, Oklahoma in December of 2020. Car-Mart has dealerships in 12 states throughout the south-central United States.
