Sapulpa Chieftain Boys Basketball Camp from Monday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 12. Shooting camp from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., All Around Camp from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. At the Chieftain Center. This camp is for 1st-8th grade boys. They will need to bring basketball shoes, shorts, a t-shirt, and a sack lunch. The cost is $50 per session or $90 for both sessions. If the parents is an SPS employee, the cost per session is $40 or $70 for both. A concession stand will be available. Sapulpa Aquatic Center Youth Swimming Lessons, held at the Sapulpa community pool at 701 North Brown. There are four two-week sessions, each Monday through Thursday. They are June 3-13, June 17-27, July 1-11, and July 15-27. Each session has four different class times, all lasting 40 minutes: 8 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 10:15 a.m. Each class is for a different age or skill level. Your child will be placed in the appropriate level based on their swimming skills or experience level. The cost is $40 per session, per child. Salvation Army and Sapulpa Boys & Girls Club Summer Day Camp, June 3rd through August 9, from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1721 South Hickory Street. This day camp is for 1st-8th graders and costs $100 per week, per child. They will partake in lots of fun activities, such as swimming, sports, arts & crafts, games, nutritional and educational activities, and exciting new field trips. Salvation Army and Sapulpa Boys & Girls Club Summer Youth Basketball for boys and girls in grades 1st-8th. Registration is open from May 24 until the league is full. Games will begin Monday, June 3rd, and will be played on Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays. The cost is $40 per players. To register, call 918-224-4415.
Sapulpa Public Library Summer Reading Program from 3 to 4 p.m. every Wednesday and Thursday during June and July downstairs in Frank Hall. They will tell a story and make a craft or hear from one of their amazing presenters. Everyone is welcome to participate in the Summer Reading Program.
Sac & Fox Day Camp at Kelly Lane Park in Sapulpa from Monday, June 10 to Friday, June 14 beginning at 8 a.m. each morning. Kids will learn scouting skills, play games, do crafts, learn shooting sports, and have a trading post.
Extreme Summer Camp at Crimson Sparrow Martial Arts, 609 South Main Street Suite B in Sapulpa, from Monday, June 24 through Friday, June 28, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may book per week ($169) or per day ($45) and there is a 50% discount for siblings. This camp is open to the public; you do not have to be a member of CSMA to attend. There is a $25.00 non-refundable reservation fee. This camp offers your child extreme learning, extreme sports, extreme challenges, and extreme fun in a safe environment! Snacks are provided, but you will need to provide a daily sack lunch, a Nerf gun, running shoes, and towel. Arts Explore! Summer Camp hosted by Sapulpa Arts, Monday, July 15 through Friday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. The camp is held at Holmes Park Elementary School, 1231 East Dewey Avenue, in Sapulpa. This is a week-long, all-day summer arts camp for students entering 2nd grade through 8th grade. The topic of this summer’s camp is “Exploring the Mediterranean Culture” though its art, music, dance, drama, games, special guests, and foods. The cost for this wonderful program is only $80.00 per camper, which includes a free lunch program, an afternoon snack, a t-shirt, a group photo, and lots of fun and informative activities! There will also be a special Friday night performance by campers that you will not want to miss. Like a Champion Belt Camp at Crimson Sparrow Martial Arts, 609 South Main Street Suite B in Sapulpa, from Monday, July 29 to Friday, August 2, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $179 for the week for each child, and there is a 50% discount for siblings. This camp is open to the public; you do not have to be a member of CSMA to attend. There is a $25.00 non-refundable reservation fee. This camp will offer your child the chance to improve their martial arts skills and take those skills to the next level. Whether they are a beginner or an advanced student, this camp will benefit you. Friday afternoon there will be a Belt Test where your child will showcase everything they have learned throughout the week. If they work hard throughout the week with focus and determination they will receive their new belt rank the following week in class. Snacks are provided, but they will need to bring a daily sack lunch and running shoes.
