Spring sports are in a mad dash for May! Lots going on for our Chieftains and so many different opportunities to come out and support all of our young men and women.
Regionals are tomorrow (Monday) for our varsity Cheer squad! They will be hosting Norman and Grove in the high school gym, looking to advance to state. Come out and support this hard working group of young ladies!
Can you believe that it’s already pre-state week for the ladies?! They travel to Chickasaw Pointe to get a look at the course they will be playing on for state in a couple weeks. The men are at their home course this week, before pre-state for them next week.
We are hoping for some NONE windy conditions for the tennis team this week as they travel to Bristow this week for the Bristow tournament.
After a quick turnaround from the Tahlequah meet the Friday before, the Chieftains traveled to OBU last Tuesday to compete in a large (and windy) event! They travel to Coweta this Friday for their next meet.
The men had some big wins last week over some very good out of state competition in Southern Boone, MO and Poplar Bluff, MO. They look to extend their district win streak as they take on Shawnee Monday and Tuesday, before traveling to Claremore at the end of the week to play in the Claremore tournament.
After a big district win over Edison, the girls are now 3-0 in district play and 9-2 overall! Both the men and women have two more big district games this week, traveling to Bishop Kelley and then home against Memorial.
