SAPULPA (July 23, 2025) – Reed Architecture and Interiors has hired Interior Designer Sadie Lollar.
Sadie, who interned with Sapulpa-based RAI last summer, graduated from Oklahoma State University in May.
“We are so pleased Sadie rejoined our team,” said David Reed, principal and founder of Reed Architecture and Interiors. “She did great work for us last year. And with (RAI interior designer) Nicollette West on maternity leave, Sadie’s timing is wonderful.”
Lollar chuckled at that.
“I’m just trying to keep up!” she exclaimed. “I graduated in May, I joined Reed Architecture in July, and I’m getting married in October! This is such a busy year!”
An epiphany led this 2021 graduate of Tulsa’s Holland Hall School to choose an interior design career.
“I’ve always had this general fascination with home and building design,” she said. “But it wasn’t until I saw OSU offered an interior design degree that I thought, ‘That sounds fun!’”

Her RAI internship validated that, exposing her to the wide variety of fields – academic, athletic, recreational, civic, commercial, and religious – Reed Architecture serves.
“I mainly did churches then, and I really enjoyed that,” she explained. “I am a Christian, so designing schools and churches is fulfilling to me. And I like being able to see a project through to its completion.”

Outside of marrying fiancé Bentley Coulter, her plans remain flexible.
“Right now, I’m just enjoying the chance to learn and get as much experience as I can,” she said. “Reed Architecture provides me so many options, and I really love its ‘serving by design’ culture.”
That’s a prime reason she chose the RAI team.
“I met the Broaddricks (Bryan and Adriana, two members of the RAI team) at the OSU Career Fair, and they were so friendly,” said Sadie. “And then, when I had my interview, it wasn’t with just one or two people – it was with six, and they talked to me for an hour about work, philosophy, and life. I appreciated that. From talking and listening to David, I could tell that he really cares about the people who serve under him. And I appreciated how they stayed in touch with me after that summer. They even invited Bentley and I to their Christmas party! I thought that was very nice.”
