Wanda Nix

Wanda Mae Nix, of Sapulpa, stepped into Heaven on June 12th, 2022 peacefully at her home with family by her side.

Wanda was born December 8th, 1938 in Henryetta to Ewell and Ola Mae Dudley. Their family would grow to have 5 siblings, Wanda being the middle child. She met the love of her life, Glenn Franklin Nix, and they settled in Sapulpa in 1955. She was the best home maker, mother, and wife-always being the backbone of the family.

In her younger years Wanda enjoyed bowling, painting, and traveling with sisters and brother-in laws. Once Jasmine, her granddaughter-to be adopted Daughter, became active in local rodeo organizations and country music events, Wanda was right there cheering her on and being a part of anything she could, and always so proud. In 2010 she went to work at Braums where she kept in contact with all the locals and made many lasting friendships.

Wanda loved her kids, grandkids, great-grand kids, nieces and nephews and all her friends. We miss you Grandma and will love you always!
