Virginia Ruth Beaverson died on January 3, 2021.  She was born October 20, 1931 in Miami, Texas to Carl V. and Lucille A. Linnet.  The family moved to Sapulpa in 1941 .  She graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1949.   Immediately after graduation she went to work for OG&E where she met, and later married Paul (Bob) Beaverson.  They were married 65 years.  She worked as a legal secretary in several different law offices, and was the Election Board Clerk.  Her last endeavor before her retirement, and the one she loved most, was working and managing the Sapulpa Flea Market.  She loved working with children and was called Mrs. “B” by many of them.  She adored her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Bob Beaverson, and her son, Robert Beaverson.  She is survived by her daughter Rebecca Beechler and Rebecca’s husband Ted,  grandsons, Tracy Ahlborn and wife Ann Marie,  Ted  Beechler Jr, and  his wife Julie and granddaughter, Wendy Beechler and six great-grandchildren.

The family wishes to express its  gratitude to The Gardens Assisted Living and their Staff for the excellent care they provided their loved one before and at the time of her passing.  Words are not enough.

Due to the Covid virus the family has scheduled a private service .  In lieu of flowers we ask donations be sent to St. Jude’s Hospital for Children which was one of her charities
