Sue Ann Fulks passed away in her home on Friday, October 5, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Cecil Fulks, as well as her parents, Rollie and Opal Long.

Sue is survived by son, Roy Fulks and wife Amy, daughters Debra and husband Bill Bolin, Karen and husband Bryan Sams, grandchildren Rollie Fulks and wife Ashley, Brandon Sams, April (Bolin) East and husband Clinton, Katy (Sams) Leskowat and husband Benjamin, Jesse Buzzard, and Molly (Buzzard) Fleming and husband Zane, great grandchildren Connor and Carter East, sister Alice Sellers and husband Gary, brothers Charles “Sonny” Long and wife Wanda, Jerry “Pops” Long and wife Donna, and Norman Long and wife Anna.

Sue was a member of Picket Prairie Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be 2:00pm Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Kellyville City Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home 1208 South Main in Sapulpa.
