Quinten Dean Gibson, age 53, of Sapulpa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Tuesday, August 7th, 2018 in his life-long home in Sapulpa from unknown causes.

Quinten was born May 24th, 1965 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Harold and Shirley Gibson. Quinten was a 1983 Sapulpa High School graduate. He was a licensed electrician and had been employed by BC Glass Company in Sapulpa.

Quinten was an avid pool player and he also loved football. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Quinten also played football in Jr. High and High School. He loved hunting and fishing and being outdoors. Quinten was a loving person and cared deeply for others. He had a big heart. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He would also give you his last dollar. He always looked out for his nieces and nephews. He had many friends.

Quinten is survived by his parents, Harold and Shirley Gibson of Sapulpa; sister Darla Gore and husband David of Kellyville; sister Leota Alattar of Sapulpa; and one brother Jason Gibson of Sapulpa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Quinten was preceded in death by his grandparents James and Ruth Gibson of Sapulpa and Dorothy Clark of Bristow.

Quinten’s memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 10:00 am at Dripping Springs Baptist Church 24543 W. Hwy 33 Sapulpa, OK 74066. Pastor Greg Hurst will officiate the service.
