Paul Kenneth Carr Sr. was born to Orel Jonathon Carr and Bessie Lee Wilson, March 23rd, 1936, in Sapulpa, OK and passed from this life on Saturday September 24, 2022, at 86 years of age, after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his family. He was a retired truck driver and musician.
He was preceded in death by his parents, multiple siblings, two sons: Paul Kenneth, “Kenny” Carr, Jr, and Marty Carr, and one great-grandson: Marty Lee Carr.
He is survived by son: Ricky Carr (Debbie), daughter: Becky Smith (Geary), and daughter: Jeannie Sexton, and a host of grand kids and great grand kids.
Paul married LaVera Hall on April 25th, 1952, they had five children and lived in Sapulpa, where they divorced several years later.
He attended North Heights Holiness church in Sapulpa for the last several years.
Services will be Thursday, September 29th, at 2pm, at Pentecostal Mission Holiness Church, at 501 N 8th St, Sapulpa, OK, with Interment in the family cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 28th, from 4pm-7pm at Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main, Sapulpa, OK
