A graveside service to honor and celebrate the life of Ora Ladon Oliver will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Pastor Gary Volz to officiate.

Ora Ladon (Bryant) Oliver age 90, passed away at High Park Manor in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on May 29, 2018. Ora was born in Sallisaw, OK on August 24, 1927 to Silas and Cleopatra Bryant. She was raised around the small town of Slick, OK and was a graduate from Nuyaka High School. After graduation she went on to attend Draughon Business College where she obtained an associates degree in accounting. She was married to the love of her life, John Lee Oliver and the two spent there lives together doing things they loved together.

Ora was an accountant in the restaurant and hospitality industry. She found peace and joy in doing things such as sewing and knitting when she was not working. Ora enjoyed making home cooked meals and canning the vegetables she would grow in her garden. She had a passion for traveling and has been to many places in the United States including Hawaii.

Ora is preceded in death by her parents, Silas and Cleopatra Bryant; husband, John Oliver; three brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her sisters, Erna Mills, Jan Phillips and husband, Jerry; brother, Lyle Bryant and wife, Betty.
