James Robert Boese (Jimmy, Jim) was born May 18, 1970, at University Hosp. in Oklahoma City, OK. He passed from this life, unexpectedly, at home on Sat, March 31, 2018.

He grew up in Sapulpa, attending Liberty Elementary, Sapulpa Middle School, Jr. High & High School, graduating in 1988. In high school he was a member of the Blue Blaze Marvels choir. He loved singing & enjoyed their wonderful choir trips to Germany & the World’s Fair in Vancouver, Canada. He received scholarships in music & drama to attend TU. He also attended TCC & graduated from OSU, Tulsa with a degree in business.

Jim worked in the restaurant business, managed the Great Alaskan KODIAK Restaurant & Tia’s Mexican Restaurant in Tulsa for many years, before going into the insurance business. He owned an Allstate agency in Tulsa.

His best accomplishments in his short life was his 2 beautiful daughters, Abby & Madeline. He was a loving father to his girls, who were his pride & joy.

Jim was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert & Janet Boese, Forest & Estel Linn & his father, Dr. Robert Boese & his uncle, Jim S. Boese. He is survived by his daughters, Abby & Madeline, his mother & dad, Fred & LaNell Russell of Sapulpa, his sister Cheryl Boese Pearce & husband, Robert, niece & nephew, Anna & Spencer of Broken Arrow, OK.

Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m, Friday, April 6, 2018, at CrossPointe Assembly of God, 450 E. Speer Ave., Sapulpa, OK
