Janice Darlene Probst was born Oct 29, 1945 to Herbert and Eva (Bracken) Probst in Decatur, IL. After four sons, her parents could hardly believe they had a daughter. Janice  left this life, at the age of 74, on June 14, 2020, to be with her Lord and Savior. She was blessed to be on the Special Care floor at St John Medical Center, Tulsa, the last several hours of her life, knowing her nephews, Chris and Nick were by her side.

Janice never lacked for attention, being the only girl in a family of five boys. They doted on the cute little girl with round cheeks and blond curls.

The family moved often as Herbert was a minister and it was in 1963 Janice moved to Webb City, MO and made circle of close friends that was so dear to her to the end. Even though they scattered to various states, she enjoyed the many times they gathered for times of fun and laughter.

Janice lived in Sapulpa OK many years, attending services at Church of God on Frankoma Road and worked in accounting at St John, Sapulpa for many years before retiring.
