Harvey Clarence Hudgins 73, of Sapulpa, stepped into heaven May 29, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.

Harvey was born March 20, 1949, in Sapulpa to Leonard and Joan Hudgins. He attended Sapulpa High School. He co-owned Hudgins Pipe Testing with his brother Dean Hudgins for several years. Later, he was in the Trucking business. He hauled various items, cattle, road building materials, different produce.

Harvey met and married Sue Hudgins They would have been married 57 years this coming September. They had a lot of fun times together with lots of laughter. He attended The Cowboy Church in rural Sapulpa.

Harvey enjoyed in his spare time, fishing, camping, gardening and spending time with his grandkids. His greatest enjoyment was time spent with his grandkids.

He had a caring and compassionate heart and always willing to give a helping hand. He always had a solution to a problem when it came to repairing or building anything. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Joan Hudgins; brother Leonard Dean Hudgins and his grandson Sam Payne.

He is survived by his loving wife Sue; children Brian Hudgins and Dru Butler and spouse Derrick Butler; grandchildren Madison Butler, Derricka Butler, Onyx, and Ciera Butler; greatgrandchild Caelyn Payne and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 2, 2022, and Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday June 3, 2022, both at the Traditions Funeral Chapel, 35 S. Main, Kellyville, Oklahoma
