Gary Lee Webster, 78, of Kellyville, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He was born December 27, 1940 in Drumright, Oklahoma.

Gary was a resident of Kellyville most of his life. He served in the United States Army from 1960 through 1963, completing basic training in Ft. Hood, Texas and was stationed in Germany. He was a retired oil field pumper and volunteer fireman for the Kellyville Fire Department. He enjoyed fishing, scuba diving and flying his airplane. He was known to be very stubborn, but like his own father, he was also very honest.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents Loyd and Cora (Nichols) Webster; and 2 brothers-in-law, Jerry Anglen and Gary Shields. He is survived by 2 sisters, Joyce Anglen of Sapulpa, OK and Virginia Shields of Kellyville, OK; 2 nephews, Lloyd (Gene) Anglen and wife Shirley of Bakersfield, CA and Michael Anglen of Sapulpa, OK; 2 nieces, Deborah Kennedy and husband Kevin Kennedy of Melbourne, FL and Diana Shields of Austin, TX; as well as great-niece Jennifer Curry of Broken Arrow, OK; 2 great, great-nieces, Madigan and Sheridan Curry of Broken Arrow, OK; and several more nephews and nieces of Bakersfield, CA.

Graveside services will be held at Sunrise Cemetery, in the Pavilion, at 2 pm on Monday, March 11, 2019 with Reverend Vance Wiley officiating. Visitation is on Sunday from 1-8 with family present from 4-6 pm at Green Hill Funeral Home. The family would like to thank St. John Hospice for their kind service during Gary’s illness.
