Faye Perkins Jones Parkinson was born on June 13, 1929 6 miles South West of Mounds.

She worked for the Election Board, and for McNabbs Dry Good Store for quite a few years. She had a Laundry in Mounds for 30 years.

She married Melvin Jones and they ran a Dairy from 1947 thru 1974.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Melvin Jones and Rick Parkinson; parents, J. B. and Bertha Perkins; brothers, Ernest, Tony, Neil, Marion, Bonnie, Claude and Kenneth; sisters, Ruby Phillips, Flossie Cook and Lois Carter and her twin sister, May Greer.

She is survived by daughter, Sharon McCaskill; son, Melvin Eugene Jones and wife, Shelia; sister, Mary Howard and husband, Benny of Texas; sister-in-law, Gayle Perkins and Jerry of Texas; 5 grandchildren, Brian Anderson and wife, Dayna; Terry Littlefield, Sherry Troutman and husband, Steve; Melvin Jones, III and Jamie Maxwell; 10 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces and friends.

She was a faithful member of the United Pentecostal Church from 1950 until death.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Thursday, March 8, 2018 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Friday, March 9, 2018 at the Calvary Lighthouse Church 9400 E 131st Street South in Bixby, Oklahoma 74008. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
