Donna was born August 30th, 1942 to Leona and Aubrey Brothers of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. She had an older brother Roy and later welcomed two younger siblings Robert and Faylene. They lived an idyllic small-town life riding bikes, playing in park, and learning to ride horses on her grandparent’s farms around Inola, Oklahoma. Family, friends and school filled her days growing up in Sand Springs.
