Diane Lynn Owens was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 11, 1955 to Jessie Cleburn and Inice Faye Ray. She passed away May 20, 2021 at her home in Vian, Oklahoma at the age of 65. Diane graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1973. She retired from Creek County Court Clerk’s Office several years ago where she worked many years as a Deputy Clerk. She loved her many flowers and watching all the birds feed from the bird feeders she had for them. Her kids and grandkids were the absolute lights of her life, but her husband, Jack, was her one true love! They married on September 21, 1973 in a double wedding in Sapulpa just 10 days after her 18th birthday. He was her one and only love. From day one of marriage until her last breath he was her rock. Diane was preceded in death by her daughter Lisa Owens, grandmother Leona Thomas, grandfather Aaron Hall, mother Faye Ray, father J.C. Ray, brother Rick Ray and nephews Steven Ray and Brian Ray. Diane is survived by her husband Jack Owens of Vian, OK, her daughter Alecia Byrd and her husband Creighton of Paris, TX, her daughter Amy Finn and her husband Keith of Tulsa, OK, her son Clay Owens and his wife Tiffany of Claremore, OK, her granddaughter Heaven Love of Wichita, KS, her grandson Kylar Owens of Vian, OK, her grandson Tyler Owens and his wife Jessica of Sand Springs, OK, granddaughter Lindsey Harris and her husband Cody of Tulsa, OK, her granddaughter Kirsten Sullivan and her husband Cole of Mill Valley, CA, her granddaughter Kelsey Finn of Tulsa, OK, great-granddaughter Amelia Owens, her brother Jeff Ray and his wife Donna of Tulsa, OK, and her sister Traci Stackhouse and her husband Mike of Broken Arrow, OK. Services will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Green Hill Funeral Home in Sapulpa. Services have been entrusted to Green Hill Funeral Home.
