D’Ann Lee Yarbrough was born on May 5, 1939, in Tulsa, OK to Coy Evert Hess and Ruby Marie Hess. She departed this earthly life on September 25, 2021, in Okmulgee, OK.

D’Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Reverend Coy Hess and Ruby Hess; brothers, Valvert Hess and Dewey Hess; sister, Sally Wood.

She is survived by her spouse, Bill Yarbrough; sons, Steve Turman (Deborah) and Jason Yarbrough (Joanna); daughter, Rebekah Don Carlos (Billy); 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and many good friends.

D’Ann was very proud of her Cherokee heritage and was a longtime member of the Eastern Star.

Funeral services for D’Ann will be Monday, October 4, 2021, at 10:00 AM at South Heights Assembly, Sapulpa, OK. Interment will follow at Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery in Sand Springs, OK.

Services for D’Ann have been entrusted to the care of Dillon Funeral Service in Sand Springs, OK.
