Coyn Armstrong was born July 29, 1946 to Boris and Martha Armstrong in Watsonville California. He departed this life September 5, 2019 at the age of 73 years 1 month 5 days. He had been a Bristow/Depew area resident for the past ten years.
Coyn met the love of his life, Beverly and they were married in 1966. To this union were born two children, Sean and Ragina; enjoying forty-two years together before her passing in 2007. Coyn soon found love again, marrying Nancy Armer in 2009. Nancy preceded Coyn in death on February 8, 2017. He loved his family and worked diligently to provide for them through the years. He had last been employed with Quapaw quarry as the quality assurance inspector. Coyn followed the BASS Masters and visited the Bass Pro Shops frequently. He also loved the outdoors whether it be fishing or hunting. As well, he spent as much time as he could with family and friends at the pool and could swing a golf club with the best of them.
He is survived by one son, Sean Armstrong and wife Patricia of Lawton, Oklahoma; one daughter Ragina Armstrong and fiancé John Atkinson of Cushing; three sisters, Brynda Tweddell, Linda Scott and Mary Lou Armstrong and husband Eddie Monk; three grandchildren, David Armstrong, Zacheriah Pounds and Robert Armstrong; two great-grandchildren; Ember Armstrong and Aurora Armstrong and lifelong friends, Butch Montgomery and Tyler North whom became to be known as his brothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martha and Robert King, two sisters, Millie Armstrong and Janet Gaydusec; two brothers, Danny Armstrong and Quinton Armstrong and biological father Boris Armstrong. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
