Clifford Newman Littlebear, 70, of Sapulpa, passed from this life Sunday, November 28, 2021. Clifford was born November 17, 1951, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Newman and Ruby (Littlehead) Littlebear.

Clifford attended Liberty Mounds and Kellyville schools.  He also attended Haskell Junior College where he played basketball and was active in other sports.  He enjoyed spending time and socializing at the Polecat Ceremonial Grounds. However, above all he loved his three daughters.  Family was the most important thing to him, and he was known to be a great father. He will be greatly missed by many.

Clifford is preceded in death by his parents Newman Littlebear and Ruby Littlehead Littlebear; brother Keith Littlebear and a host of other family members.

He is survived by daughters Waleen Littlebear of Tulsa, Tonya Samuels and husband Dario of Tulsa and Marquitta Littlebear of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers Mark Littlebear and Grant Littlebear; sister Linda Littlebear Harjo; aunt Pollyann Littlebear-Morgan and many other family members and friends.  

Wake services will be 7:00pm, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Oakhurst Indian Fellowship Church, 6130 S. 58th W. Ave., Oakhurst, Oklahoma.  Funeral services will be 11:00am, Wednesday, December 1, 2021 also at the Oakhurst Indian Fellowship Church. Bearers will be Paige White, Keland Bearpaw, Raymond Bearpaw, Daniel Littlebear, Jared Harjo, Cecil Harry and Gary Littlehead. Honorary bearers will be all of Clifford’s nephews and members of Polecat and Duck Creek Ceremonial Grounds.
