Carol June Edmonson, 81, of Sapulpa went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 27, 2019 at home with her loving husband by her side. Carol was born on August 21, 1937 to Bert and Dolly Kelin. She was employed by Bartlett Hospital Pharmacy and as a Care Taker. She was a active member of Praise Fellowship Church, where she taught Sunday school classes and was a active known Elder of the church.
She loved serving the Lord and singing praises. She loved Holidays and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by husband, Billy Edmonson of Sapulpa; 2 sons, Doug and wife, Shelley Roberts of Whiteright, Texas and David and wife, Linda Roberts of Pawnee, Oklahoma; stepson, Brian Edmonson and fiancé, Tonya Rose of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; stepdaughter, Jennifer and husband, Brian Dixon of Bull Creek, Missouri; one sister, Bea Canada of Skiatook, Oklahoma. She has 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother; one brother; one sister; and one brother-in-law.
She was a caring and compassionate heart and always willing to help others. She will be greatly missed by all who loved that sweet soul.
Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Friday, February 1, 1029 at Praise Fellowship, 201 S Water St, Sapulpa, OK. Interment to follow at Green Hill Memorial Gardens, Sapulpa, OK. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
