Betty Eilene Smith, 73 of Mounds, OK, gained her wings on Wednesday, February 20, 2019.
Open Visitation will be Monday February 25th at Smith Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday February 26th at Smiths Funeral Home.
Graveside service will follow at Ft. Gibson National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
Betty was born in Hall, Tennessee on August 18, 1945. In 1979, Betty ‘s family moved to California where she attended her school years. She married Lawrence Smith in 1964 and together raised two children. In 1979, the Smith’s moved to Mounds, Oklahoma. Betty was an accomplished gardener from flowers to trees and everything in between. She loved to watch things grow. Betty loved spending time with her family, her family was everything.
Betty is preceded in death by Frank Falbo (step-father), Francis Falbo (mother), Larry Webb (brother).
Betty is survived by her husband Lawrence Smith, of Mounds, OK; children –Jim & LeAnn, of Mounds, OK; Cheryl & Kevin Wadley, of Mounds, OK; brother – Tony Webb & wife Diane of Cypress, CA.; grandchildren – Kaylynn Smith of Glenpool, OK; Jarret Linville of Clinton, AR.;David Denby & wife Janea of Kellyville, OK; Casey Arms & husband Andrew of Kellyville, OK;Samantha Smith & husband Cody of Sapulpa, OK; Rocky Denby & wife Niki of Kellyville, OK;Lindsey Bowling & husband Nicholas of Coweta, OK; Dylan Wadley of Mounds OK. Great-grandchildren– David & Morgan Towner, Baylee Stephens; Aiden Linville; Skyler & Kobe Denby, Audrey, Olivia, & Mikey Alverson; Samuel Arms; Karson Smith; Chloe & Paizley Denby;Weston Bowling.
