Benjamin Bartsch was born on January 10, 1984, in Speyer, Germany. He brought joy to those around him throughout his life. Benjamin’s journey on this Earth came to an end on September 7, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after a short battle with cancer.
He is survived by his beloved spouse, Valarie, who shared countless beautiful moments and adventures with him. Benjamin was the cherished son of Judith and Reiner Albert, and Dieter and Kerstin Bartsch, who supported him with unwavering love and care.
Benjamin had a zest for life that shone through his diverse interests and hobbies. He was an avid gamer, spending hours immersed in virtual worlds. His computer was his canvas for creativity, and he enjoyed reading to expand his knowledge. Benjamin’s love for tabletop games brought friends and family together, creating cherished memories.
One of his greatest joys was spending quality time with loved ones, whether it was traveling to new destinations or simply sharing a meal at home. Benjamin’s passion for learning languages allowed him to connect with people from all corners of the world, fostering friendships that transcended borders.
In memory of Benjamin, a memorial party will be held on Sunday, September 17 at Valarie’s parents home in Sapulpa. Please drop in between 2pm-4pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Animal Rescue Foundation of Tulsa’s cat rescue program in his honor.
Benjamin’s bright spirit, kindness, and love for life will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter, adventure, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of our shared world.
