Barbara Ann Schuler, 74, of Sapulpa passed from this life on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home. She was born on January 29, 1944 to Albert and Frances “Babe” Burtcel.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; Albert and Frances “Babe” Burtcel, and brother; Albert Burtcel, Jr.

She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph of the home; son, Joseph Schuler and wife, Stacy of Sand Springs; daughter, Joan Schmidt and husband, David of Sapulpa; daughter, Jennifer Hancock and husband, Danny of Sand Springs; daughter, Julie Fisher and husband, Terry of Tulsa; son, James Schuler and wife, Teresa of Sapulpa; sister, Joan Meiers of Philadelphia, PA; brother, James Burtcel and wife, Rita of Roebling, NJ; sister, Dorothy Burtcel of Atco, NJ; and brother, Raymond Burtcel of Willingboro, NJ; grandchildren, Jessica, Rebekah, and Ella Schuler of Sand Springs, Bobby, Allison and Katelyn Schmidt of Sapulpa, Nicolas and Matthew Hancock of Sand Springs, Natalie, Joshua, and Jacob Fisher of Tulsa, and James, Shelby, and Josie Schuler of Sapulpa; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Rosary will be held from 7:30-8:30 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Smith Funeral Chapel, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.

Mass Service will be held at 10 am on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1777 E Grayson Ave, Sapulpa, OK 74066. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Tulsa, OK.
