She doesn’t hold the executive title, but Carol Harmon is the captain that steers the ship at Caring Community Friends in Sapulpa.
The agency’s executive director, Mary Walters, goes as far as referring to Harmon as “the boss.”
“She’s not a public person and doesn’t want to be up front. She just works and takes care of us. She’s our mother hen,” Walters said.
Walters said she can depend on Harmon to be at the agency making sure that everything that is needed, and those who need it, are in the building.“
Carol Harmon is the most dedicated, unselfish person I know,” Walters said. “She is so caring, compassionate.”
