Tickets for the Sapulpa Community Theatre’s mini-season are in sale, and time is running out to get a special discounted rate on those tickets.
“We’re currently changing our calendar from a fiscal year to a calendar year basis, and we have the overlapping time this season only,” said SCT board president Debbie Pope. “So we’ve decided to present a mini-season to the public between August and December 2016.”
Beginning in 2017, the theatre will operate from January through December, hosting a five-show season. “This is the only opportunity theatre lovers will have to be a part of a mini-season like this,” Pope said.
Shows in the mini-season are:
- Tuesdays with Morrie, Aug. 5-7, 12-14
- Blithe Spirit, Oct. 7-9, 14-16
- Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some), Dec. 2-4, 9-11
Tickets for the mini season are $25 for adults and $12.50 for students through seniors in high school if purchased by July 22. After July 22, the tickets will be $30 for adults and $15 for students.
“July 22 is just a couple of weeks away,” Pope said, “and we want everyone to get their discounted tickets.”
