Upon arriving at the home, police made contact with the owner, who said she knew Kirby and that he’d been at her house sometime the night before. She consented for deputies to search the premises.

Brianna Young

While investigating the home, police noticed a box for a flatscreen television in the kitchen. The owner said the television was in the garage, so the officers went out to search the garage, where they found Kirby and 21-year-old Brianna Young, whom they found with a leafy green substance that was later determined to be marijuana, and paraphernalia. Young was arrested on drug charges and taken to Creek County Jail.
