Going local for Valentine’s Day: Vintage Rose

It’s been said that the quickest way to a man’s heart is his stomach. Women, on the other hand, typically require a bit more finesse.

Usually, some combination of flowers, chocolates and/or a gift can land you in good spirits with your girl on Valentine’s Day, and thankfully, there’s a single place in Sapulpa where you can gain all three: Vintage Rose.

Vintage Rose, which opened earlier this year to much fanfare, has been going strong with new vendors and a selection of products to appease the best of the hardcore retro-outfitters as well as curious bystanders. There’s almost always something for just about anyone, and Cupid is no exception.

Whether you’re a fellow looking to keep it simple but classy, or a local shopper that’s determined to keep their money in our town, there’s something to be had for you, and the deals are almost too good to pass up.

IMG_1722For their inaugural V-Day celebration, they’re breaking out a special bouquet selection that would satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth—male or female. These candy bouquets are beautiful, scrumptious-looking, and they don’t die. Guarantee though, they’ll only last about as long as a regular bouquet of flowers would, though.

Prices of these candy bouquets range from $10.00 all the way to up $50.00, so you’ll likely find something within your budget.

Still need roses, though? Or a bouquet of actual, live, sweet-smelling daisies or carnations? The Flower Shop is located right inside Vintage Rose, and has wonderful assemblies starting at $40.00—and here’s a tip for your Sapulpa Times readers: If you order by Wednesday, February 3rd and mention that you saw this in The ‘Times, you’ll get a free box of chocolates with your order. How’s that for a sweet time?

Several of the vendors have Valentine’s Day gifts available, including several which we spotted from Whispering Hills, located upstairs. Great gifts if you want something unique or retro.
