The votes are officially in, and our very first Storykeepers Society community read is Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros!
Grab your copy, start reading, and join us for our first official gathering:

2:00–4:00 PM
CTX Coffee | Downtown Sapulpa
We’ll spend the afternoon getting to know one another, talking all things Fourth Wing, & enjoying some bookish icebreakers! 
We’ll also vote together on our September genre and next community read, brainstorm ideas for future Storykeepers gatherings, and talk about some fun events we may have coming up.
FREE GIVEAWAY: Everyone attending can enter our drawing for a special Fourth Wing-themed prize featuring a Whispers of Warpaint Blind Date with a Book Bundle, Fourth Wing goodies, and a few other surprises.
Everyone will also receive a small welcome goodie from WWBB.
Drinks and snacks are available for individual purchase from CTX Coffee. We definitely encourage everyone to grab something while we’re there and support this wonderful local coffee shop hosting our first gathering!

Although this Facebook event is public, this gathering is being organized for members of The Storykeepers Society, the community book club hosted by Whispers of Warpaint Book Bar.
If you’d like to participate in future meetings, you’re absolutely welcome to join The Storykeepers Society Facebook group and become part of our community!
However, space for our very first meeting is limited. CTX Coffee is a cozy local coffee shop rather than a large event venue, and we anticipate being able to comfortably accommodate approximately 25–30 readers. We’ll confirm our comfort capacity with CTX during a visit scheduled for this upcoming week and will announce official number before the meeting.
Because so many of our current members have already participated in choosing our genre, date, location, and first book, priority for this first gathering will be given to existing Storykeepers Society members who have been participating in the group and helping us build this community from the beginning.
Please only select “Going” if you genuinely plan to attend. If your plans change, no worries at all—just update your RSVP so another reader has the opportunity to join us.
If we reach capacity, please don’t worry! This is only the beginning. The Storykeepers Society will have monthly book club meetings and additional gatherings, so there will be plenty more opportunities to join us.
And one last thing:
You do NOT have to be an extrovert to come.
Come alone. Bring a friend. Talk a lot. Talk a little. Sit back and listen. Show up having finished every page or admit you panic-read the last 20 pages that morning. 
There are no cliques, no reading competitions, and no pressure to perform. We’re just a bunch of people who love stories and wanted somewhere to find other people who do, too.
Come for the books. Stay for the community.
