Daniel DeLong Files for Creek County Assessor

Daniel DeLong , a fourth generation Creek County resident, declared his candidacy for Creek County Assessor.

Daniel DeLong, 41 years old, son of Tom and Emilee DeLong, was raised in Sapulpa, where his great grandfather’s family settled to work in the local oil industry.

DeLong has a degree in Horticulture, along with experience in oil and gas, real estate, farming, mining, remodeling and construction; he has owned and operated a landscape business for the last 20 years.

Daniel DeLong is running in order to serve his community, “as a private business owner and a project/operations manager for three different multi-million dollar companies, I possess the leadership skills necessary to lead and improve the Creek Country Assessor’s office.”

Brian Bingman, former President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma Senate, endorsed Daniel DeLong for County Assessor; “Daniel is a hard worker, never afraid to roll up his sleeves to get a job done. He is a man of faith, family and community. As our County Assessor, Daniel will be trustworthy, diligent and fair in his execution of the duties of this office. I can’t think of a better person to fulfill the responsibilities of this highly important County position.”

Daniel and his wife Brooke are raising four children in Creek County.
