Creek County deputies arrest multiple time traffic violator on drug charges

(Bristow, OK) On the night of July 29, 2024, deputies stopped a motorist in the Bristow area for operating a vehicle with an inoperable headlight.

The driver, Randall Mashburn, 47, of Bristow, was driving with a suspended license. Mashburn had been cited or arrested 19 times prior for driving under suspension. Upon further investigation, Mashburn had a glass pipe with burnt residue in his pocket.

Deputies also found three bags of suspected Methamphetamines in the vehicle. One bag weighed 15 grams, another weighed 17 grams, and the third weighed 42 grams. Two of the bags also yielded a positive presumptive test for Fentanyl.

Mashburn was arrested for Defective Equipment, Driving While Suspended, Unlawful Possession of Paraphernalia, and Trafficking.

Mashburn’s bond is set at $52,000.
