Candidates interested in filing for Creek County Offices will file Declarations of Candidacy beginning 8 a.m. Monday, December 1 through Wednesday, December 3 at 5 p.m. said Vicki Martin, Secretary of the Creek County Election Board.
Candidate filing packets are available on the State Election Board website at and at the County Election Board.
In addition to the Declaration of Candidacy, candidates must also submit a Voter Registration Verification Form, which can be obtained from the Creek County Election Board or by logging into the OK Voter Portal. Information on the Voter Registration Verification Form must match the information provided on the Declaration of Candidacy.
Martin said Contests of Candidacy must be filed no later than Friday, December 5 by 5 p.m. and may only be filed by another candidate for that office. Contests against unopposed candidates may be filed by contacting the Creek County Election Board.

- Depew – Office No. 1
- Drumright – Office No. 1, Unexpired Office No. 4, Unexpired Office No. 5
- Gypsy – Office No. 2

- Lone Star – Office No. 2
- Mannford – Office No. 1
- Mounds – Office No. 1
- Oilton – Office No. 1
- Olive – Office No. 1

Creek County Municipal offices:
- Drumright, City of – Ward No. 2, and Ward No. 4
- Sapulpa, City of – Ward 1 – Seat 1, Ward 2 – Seat 1, Ward 3 – Seat 1, Ward 4 – Seat 1, and Ward 5 – Seat
Primary Election Day will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
General Election Day will be Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
