26th Annual Easter Egg Hunt has daytime and nighttime fun

The Annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Sapulpa Parks and Recreation is happening for the 26th time this year. This year’s event is slated for Saturday, March 19th, and is split between times for younger children and older children/teenagers. See more below:

Do the bunny hop over to Kelly Lane Park for some Easter Egg-citement, as the traditional hunts for ages 1-9 are scheduled to begin at 9:00am. There will be lots of goodies for all, and a special Easter prize for those who find a “Special Egg”! Children should bring their own basket to this hunt—it’s free!

A unique moonlight Easter Egg hunt has become a big favorite! Children and Teenagers aged 10-16 are invited to experience the thrill and challenge of finding hidden treats with your trusty flashlight. If you locate a “Special Egg”, you’ll win a prize! This one is bring your own basket and flashlight. It starts at Sundown and will go until all the goodies are gone.

On the off-chance that either of these Egg Hunts get rained out, they will be rescheduled for March 27th!

If you can’t make it to that one, The Church That Matters, in Sand Springs, is having a Helicopter Egg Drop at Clyde Boyd Middle School on March 27th at 10:30am. Registration and Wristbands are required, so get them here.
