Woman admits to driving a stolen car to a “party room” in Town West

A woman was arrested at the Gateway Motor Inn at 5600 W. Skelly Dr. on drug and stolen vehicle charges after she told police she drove a car that had been reported stolen to a “party room” at the hotel.

According to the arrest affidavit, Officer Jacob Patton was on patrol on the morning of Saturday, September 12th when he spotted a 2020 Hyundai Elantra that had been reported stolen. The vehicle was unoccupied, but the front desk clerk stated the room it was parked in front of was rented out to two people.
