What To Do This Weekend in and around Sapulpa (July 11th-July 13th)

We have a great set of events happening this week and into the rest of the month, starting with the return of the Route 66 Farmers Market! Read on for details.

Thursday, July 11th

The return of the Sapulpa Main Street Route 66 Farmers Market. After taking last week off for the Fourth of July, the farmers market is back! Mid-July is where we really start to see the harvests of produce start rolling in, so if you haven’t been to the farmers market yet, now’s a great time to start! The farmer’s market is on Thursdays from 4:30 to 7:00pm, in the Phase 2 Alleyway near Herald Square (16 S. Park)

Friday, July 12th

Free Coffee Friday with live music by Ray Robison! Ray is a talented pianist with a penchant for old-school hymns. Bring your lawn chairs to the Phase 2 Alleyway next to CTX Coffee (114 E Dewey) and enjoy not just free coffee (sponsored this week by Reed Architecture) but great music! It’ll be a great way to end the week!

Saturday, July 13

Sapulpa Parks Youth Triathlon at the Sapulpa Aquatic Center, (701 N. Brown St.) Even if you’ve not signed up to participate in this, it’s a lot of fun to watch these kids compete. Details at the Sapulpa Parks Facebook Page

Sapulpa Library: Fractured Fairy Tales and Nursery Rhymes. Join Ms. Ann Cornelius as she shares insights and fun facts about the origins of fairy tales and nursery rhymes. This fun program is always a fan favorite with patrons and staff alike. You’ll be pleasantly surprised.
