Timely Updates: following up on the dog-bite and “family affair” stories.

As of Wednesday morning, the German Shepherd dog involved in the biting of a 10-year-old boy on December 28th, 2018, was housed in Animal Shelter custody, pending action by his owner, James Gage. Judge Stephanie Lorbiecki decided that the dog could not be housed in the city limits of Sapulpa and had to undergo some training. Read the full story story here

Mary Ruhl, Animal Shelter Manager, said the owner had five days from being served to comply with the judge’s order. She didn’t know if he had received the certified letter yet.
